  1. 打开 .dmg，把 bowel 拖入「应用程序」文件夹。Open the .dmg and drag bowel into Applications.
  2. 添加 Provider（订阅链接、节点链接或直接扫码），打开接管即可使用。Add a Provider (via subscription URL, node link, or QR scan) and enable takeover.
